💫Restoration and Reflection: Autumn’s crisp air and fading daylight invite a sense of calm and introspection. Unlike the high energy of summer, filled with social activities and outward expression, autumn promotes slowing down and focusing on self-care. Many people feel a natural urge to reflect on their personal growth and accomplishments as the year begins to wind down.
💫The Harvest Full Moon Eclipse in Pisces on September 17th invites you to set intentions and embrace forgiveness rituals. This is the time to release all upsets and dramas, to forgive regardless if you don’t forget! Yasmin Boland recommends doing a Full Moon Forgiveness Ceremony.
On the night of the Full Moon sit quietly for 10 minutes and mentally forgive anyone against whom you hold any kid of upset or resentment. Then take some deep breaths, releasing any stress, worries or cares. Then write down anything you think about as it relates to the upset you wish to release. Now think about to anyone who has upset you in childhood- list their name(s) on paper and what they did. Close your eyes and think about each person, seeing them in a bubble in your mind’s eye. See them smiling at you as to create a good feeling and say "I forgive you” and then let them float off. Now recite :
“Under the glorious Full Moon, I forgive everything, everyone and every experience,
every memory of the past or present that needs forgiveness. I forgive positively everyone.
I also forgive myself of past mistakes. The Universe is LOVE, and I am forgiven and
governed by LOVE alone. LOVE is now adjusting my life. Realizing this, I abide in Peace.”
Then burn your forgiveness list, releasing the energies into the ether for transmutation into LOVE.
